What began in 1971 as a simple farm vacation has grown into something very special over the years. With a lot of love, dedication and our own hands, we have made our dream come true: today you can choose between a cozy vacation apartment, a romantic luxury lodge tent and our self-built chalets.
Each accommodation is a retreat to take a deep breath, to arrive, to simply be. Here you can unwind and leave everyday life behind you – surrounded by the tranquillity of the mountains and the gentle rhythm of farm life.

The chalets are our pride and joy: every beam comes from our own forest, carefully selected from the hillside by our horses. Everything here is genuine – from the local wood to the ecological building materials. Regional, sustainable and equipped with the highest level of comfort so that you feel completely at ease.
Our farm is more than just a place – it is the heart of our family, cherished and loved for generations. Nestled in the gentle slopes of the Fichtelgebirge, where the sun warms the south-eastern slope and the mountains embrace us like protective arms, we have put down our roots here.
This special corner of the world gives us so much: our livelihood, a deep connection to nature – and the joy of a simple life every day. Here your children can experience how the cycles of nature work, little hands can lend a hand and big eyes can marvel.
On our good 10 hectares around the property, there is a cheerful stock of animals, as one only knows from stories. Our horses have real tasks: They work under the saddle, pull the wagon, and help in agriculture and forestry – that fills them with pride and us with joy. The rare Hinterwälder cows graze with their gentle hooves on our mountain pastures, without injuring the sensitive soil.
The highlight for young and old? Our demonstration milking! Experience how our fresh organic herb milk is milked by hand – a culinary experience that makes children's eyes light up and adults rave.
